It might be a similar situation as the Electronic "Late at Night" release
earlier this year.  Basically, copies were sent out for export before the
UK release was scrapped.  My store basically only had one copy of each
release when I got there.  

But I can't imagine this -- they had three top 15 singles from that album,
why would this underperform, especially with a great vocal performance
from Boy George, and mixes from Lange and Ferry Corsten (who couldn't have
come cheap)?

I'm actually worried about Cheeky in general these days -- Pauline
Taylor's "Come Down" single was barely released, who knows what ever
happened to Skinny's "Friday" single, Jamie's left, Dave's left to do work
with Slovo, the merchandising part of the website has never come to
fruition, the chat section seems to have completely broken down, and now
Sjoerd Visser reports that Rollo is working on a solo album.
