Saw the Italian 12" for Why Go? in the import shop:

A: Ferry Corsten Mix / Faithless Mix 1

B: Lange Remix / Fused Why Stay Mix / Radio Edit

Sorry, no track times or catalog numbers...

And I have to admit that I'm slightly underwhelmed by Sat 3am. It's not
just that I already had some of the tracks (TTLWH Timewriter/Jan Driver,
BMFB van Dyk), but it just doesn't grab me. Irreverence was an album that
showed that great songcraft can work on the dance floor. Sat 3am just
feels like a bunch of remixes. "Thank You" is basically an instrumental
built around a loop of someone (Jamie?) saying "Thank You" to a concert
audience. Interesting chord changes, but it just feels unfinished.

But my mind may change -- I'm listening to the Nightmares on Wax mix of
Killer's Lullaby right now, and I like it more than I did the first time
(the nu-jazz of Nightmares on Wax doesn't really fit with the lyrics).
Maybe I've already formed such close relationships with these songs that I
need to do a lot more emotional work than I thought I would.
