New US Issue of Sunday 8PM?

CD Now is advertising a new "Special Edition" of "Sunday 8PM" due in the US
on November 23. They are asking $17.99 for pre-order, anyone know if this
is the "Saturday 3AM" edition? 

I wasn't aware of a planned US release for this. Any clues or info anyone?
