It great that you found the UK 12" Sunday 8PM Promo.
Indeed they are different. The are much better 'uncut'.
I don't have it, but I bought Sunday 8PM on 2x12" and there's She's My Baby
also 'uncut' because it starts at Track 1 on Side C.
Of course it's no rarity. Most of the promo's stay in Europe. I understand
that you were shocked when you found it. It is rare that you find a UK Promo
in the US!
