I have the official Arista Records US promo video for "God Is A DJ" and it
is the one with Maxi using sign language for the lyrics then it cuts to
their live performance (they said it was at a festival, can't remember
which one) so this is the only video I've ever seen of "God Is A DJ" and it
was the one used as the official promo vid here in the US.
I know I saw it on MTV's Amp show once here also. And yes the version of
the song in this video is COMPLETELY exclusive to the video, it was never
released on CD or vinyl.
