On a Cheeky-related bent, does anyone know much about Rob D? Clubbed To
Death is his big moneymaker (getting extensive tv placement here in the
states on the soundtrack to The Matrix and now Schwarzenegger's new
flick, The Sixth Day).

I've now run across a new track, Furious Angels, and am curious about
it. I heard a bit back about talk of a full-length by Mr. Dougan, but I
was under the impression that project had been shelved. Perhaps Furious
Angels is evidence to contradict that? I've also found several remixes,
such as the Midfield General Mix and Rollo's Thousand Volts Mix.
Incidentally, the vocals sound rather reminiscent of the gentleman who
contributed vocals to the Dusted album. I may be horribly incorrect,
but knowing the incestuous nature of Cheeky, maybe not...

Also, I checked on cdnow.com and towereurope.com and was unable to find
any releases by Rob D whatsoever - just single tracks on compilation
discs, and a remix by Rob of Moby's Porcelain. (This is where all the
promo-collecting guys on the list come in and say that all Rob's stuff
is only available on 11.5" green glow-in-the-dark import promo
whitelabel vinyl with a free Cheeky Records temporary tatoo...MikeA,
where you at?) :)

Anyway, sorry this isn't more Faithless related, but congrats to them on
getting the website (faithless.co.uk) operational.
