Insomnia is a desease where the person can't sleep at all. The person who have insomnia is constantly awake but he/she does get tired. I've got an interview where Sister Bliss tells the story behind the song Insomnia and how she did sufferd from Insomnia some years ago. I think the song tells pretty good what "hell" insomnia must be.
