Nitpicky stuff:
At the top? Where it says Authors by Fandon etc? On my monitor,
the links to references and links are on two separate lines. It might
look better if it was moved down to the next line. The one with
Webrings and E-mail.
The light blue font color is too light for these old eyes. Maybe a
shade darker? More Navy?
And the horizontal rules might look better all the same length.
Other than that, looking good :-)
