LOL Tamy. Sorry I blew your ears out. What can I say. A certain "someone"
wanted that song on the intro page. I'm working on the volume.

Anyway, thanks to everyone who answered my browser question. And a special
hello to Alice. Thanks to Tamy for telling me about you guys.

Just FYI, I am not an html whiz...I use Dreamweaver MX - but I do know
enough html to edit and manipulate the code, and I'm getting better all
the time (if I say so myself). But because I use Dreamweaver (which I know
is in essence, cheating) - I am not as up on tags and stuff as I should be,
which is probably part of my problem. The site does not use any CSS.

As for browsers, I get distortion using Netscape 6. I almost always use
either Internet Explorer and/or my Compuserve browser. I downloaded Netscape
just to see what the site would look like using it. Problems include
"invisible" borders showing up in Netscape that don't show up in IE. Also, I
have a slide show on the intro page which doesn't play at ALL in Netscape on
my computer. Other problems include photos that are centered showing up
off-center in Netscape.

The distortion in the Mac I'm talking about comes from Colin himself. He
tells me that the banner "colincunningham.com" on the intro page shows up so
large that it is off the screen when viewed on his Imac laptop. The graphics
are also slightly distorted. He is however, able to view the slideshow.

Regarding the table borders, it's interesting. When I have the value as
"0" - they show up invisible in IE, but solid and visible in Netscape. When
I leave
the value totally blank, they become invisible in Netscape.

Thanks for listening to my rambling.

Lisa ;-)
