I've been told that if you put your stuff in a table it will automatically
adjust to fit the screen size. Although you do end up with the problem of
your visitor having to wait for the table to decide to show itself before
they can see anything ;)
If you set the table width at 100% , the contents of the table will adjust to the monitor on which it is viewed. As for visitors waiting for the table to load, I have never found that to be a problem. I use tables a lot on my site.
