Well had another look at the exceptions, name of cfc was psClients.cfc, error in exception was psClients.cfc is not a valid variable name, maybe I should have removed the space from infront of the file name. DOH...

that prevented it from compiling. When you hit the COAPI type
deployment page, check the exceptions list in the debugging; hopefully
that will help.
