[farcry-dev] localhost to www

Hi there all, I have a question I hope some one can give me some info abut it.

Ok, I have been playing with FarCry on my laptop creating a website, and yesterday I come up with this question: When Im ready How can I put it online (www)? I have modified the Pliant webskin to my needs and create some content on my local MySQL... So how can I transfer my site from local to web-live, including the mysql db?
