You won't get Flash Forms working at all without a complete rewrite of 
each form.  That's just the way CF works -- A flash form has no other 
elements except CFFORM elements and all our forms are a mixture of HTML 
markup.

Although I often right little interfaces with Flash forms for projects 
I'm working on.. saves me the hassle of laying the thing out.
