I have done the database and coldfusion mappings as instructed by the installation guide and those were successful. At S/N 6.1: 1. Set the Home Directory of your web site to point to: c:\farcry\<applicationName>\www\ 2. Create a virtual directory under your web site called "/farcry" pointing to: c:\farcry\farcry_core\admin\
First question: I don't quite understand what it means. How do i set apache to follow the above steps? How do i point my website directory to c:\farcry\<applicationName>\www\ and how do i create a virtual directory at this stage? 2nd question: I have done until 6.1.2 and tested that apache is working at http://localhost. however i can't get to the FarCry administration system at http://localhost/farcry I located my website directory at the same level as the 3 farcry directories. Anyone can advise me what to do.
