There are two config areas you need to update
   - FUsettings
   - plugins => FU=yes

I thought plugins was for Spikes version, but the rewrite method used in Farcry 3 needs it too.


To output the links with the friendly URL you can use buildLink form the farcry tags.


And dont forget the old updateapp=1
I would like to see a link in farcry console for this (in the admin section).
When you are preiving the site you get the option in the farcry poput.

Steps taken so far:

1) Admin -- Config Files -- General -- Changed FU to Yes
2) Downloaded and installed ISAPI Rewrite
3) Edited IsapiRewrite4.ini   - RewriteRule .*/go([^\?]*)(?:\?(.*))?
/go.cfm\?path=/go$1&$2
4) Moved the IsapiRewrite4.ini and IsapiRewrite4.dll to
C:\windows\system32\inetsrv
5) Check permissions on two files, set (for testing purposes) everyone
to full access
6) On the default web site properties, ISAPI Filters tab, I added a new
filter pointing to the IsapiRewrite4.dll
7) On the Site tab in the farcry admin: Chose a navigation folder,
clicked on manage friendly Url.
8) Created URL /go/generalinfo to the General Information nav folder.

This does not seem to work correctly....am I missing a step?
