It looks like you should have this kind of setup:
- farcry_core, fourq, arcry_InglewoodCreditUnion directories in c:\hosting\webhost4life\member
\inglewoodcu
- The host set up so that www.inglewoodcu.com points to c:\hosting\webhost4life\member
\inglewoodcu\farcry_InglewoodCreditUnion\www.
- The farcry virtual directory pointing to c:\hosting\webhost4life\member
\inglewoodcu\farcry_core\admin.
- The CF mapping "\farcry" pointing to c:\hosting\webhost4life\member
\inglewoodcu.
- apps.cfm seems fine to me

my app.cfm looks like the following

<cfscript>
stApps = structNew();
stApps['www.inglewoodcu.com'] = 'farcry_InglewoodCreditUnion';
</cfscript>

the path to the site on the host is:
c:\hosting\webhost4life\member\inglewoodcu  there is a folder  called
farcry_InglewoodCreditUnion that contains the app files, the core files
exist in the inglewoodcu folder along with the fourq folder
