Thanks Geoff and Scott.

I will use the method of manually entering a url into fu.txt this time.
If it comes up again in the future, I may look into doing custom
development to the FU code.

Geoff - I'm wondering what has been added in FarCry 3.0 to get around
this issue with FriendlyURLs?

There's no simple fix for you unfortunately. You need to upgrade to
FarCry 3.0 or add some additional functionality to 2.3.2. We've really
stopped work on 2.3 branch entirely with the exception of specific
client requests, so it's not something on our radar at this time.
