Awesome tip Blair - the ones with the asterisks had drafts in the table, even though I'd set them to approved in the typeadmin. But that doesn't really matter, thanks for your help.
I've been trawling through the core files trying to find how the overview page is created, no luck so far. Does anyone have any pointers? Surely someone must be creating custom types in the new typeadmin... In the old typeadmin, an automatic page was generated with "You may not edit approved objects" and links to create an editable draft version, comment on live object or send object back to draft. Now I'm getting a blank page... what do I need to do to either generate the automatic page or create a custom one? Thanks!
