Hmm seems like you are barking up the wrong tree so to speak.  If you 
simply want to embed some CF functionality into page you really need to 
be looking at an "Included Object".

Get into the tree.. create a navigation folder and then an "Include". 
The include will show you a list of potential templates to choose from.. 
this is a directory listing of files in ../projectname/includedobj

Have a look at the sample files in there.. probably something like 
_search.cfm and _sitemap.cfm.  Build your _ownpage.cfm and select it in 
the Include object edit screen.  Preview the page and see how that works.
