I'm not sure I understand what's being asked here.. for an admin sending an entire branch to draft is a one step process.. as is sending it back live again. I'm not sure how much simpler such a process could get.. ok.. maybe half a step but we haven't worked that out yet ;) Are they clicking on the navigation folder or on the underlying draft content items?
