Ditto.
 
Since our proxy does not allow access to port 8080, occasionally grabbing an updated PDF of the documentation is much more convenient than trying to track changes and offline the appropriate web pages.  It would be even more convenient if you would make the file availabile at www.daemon.com.au to mitigate the port issue.
