Blair is right.. the admin should clean up the branch.

There are several orphan utilities under ADMIN >> COAPI that can be used 
to clean up if things have been accidentally orphaned (eg. if you wrote 
your own delete method and made a mess of things, if CF died half way 
through the the cascading delete and so on..)
