I need to add/extend the existing farcry security framework. Specifically, I would only like to authenticate users against ActiveDirector (AD), but not use AD Groups. I want AD users to be added to CLIENTUD groups. This will allow the CMS admin to administer the users without having to get the Sysadmin involved.
I am sure that once I get into it I will not have a problem. I just need a little guidance on how to extend the farcry security framework. Would I just copy the farcry_core/packages/security directory into my farcry_app/package directory and edit the _serverSpecificVars file like this? application.securitypackagepath = "farcry_app.packages.security"; Is that all there is to it?
