Rachel,

  1. What is the value for application.url.webroot in _serverSpecificVars.cfm? (If this site is not running from an alias/”virtual directory” you should leave this value blank (update the app scope if you change any values in this file (use ?updateapp=1)).
  2. If you’re not using an alias or “virtual directory” for any of your FarCry websites then you can safely delete apps.cfm (its only purpose is if you plan to have any FarCry sites running under an alias. You can always re-add the file in the future).  Try renaming it to test.
  3. Check your configs.  In Farcry—Admin—General Config there are web settings for domain names.  (also don’t forget to check for absolute paths in Image config and Files config.  Important when moving a site to a new location).
  4. If you’re using Friendly URLs in FC3.0 then make sure to rebuild all Friendly URLs (only takes a second using the option in the admin).
  5. If you’re using Friendly URLs in FC 2.x then this problem you’re seeing is very likely if you’re still using the same box.  To fix you need to stop the CF service and delete the FriendlyURL.txt file (I think that was the name) found in the class path.  Then  restart CF (FarCry 3 doesn’t have this problem).  The file will be rebuilt automagically.

Hope one of those help,
