The **** is basically whatever you like. If you have displayDefault.cfm then you should be able to select it ("Standard page") when editing the include.

Farcry automatically detects the available display methods, and only displays the message you mentioned when there aren't any. Can you think of any reason your setup wouldn't be looking at the correct directory?
