Can be as simple as <h1>URL 404</h1> or much more complex -- like
logging the 404 and doing a search based on keywords stripped from the
URL and offering the top five results and so on.
Sounds like we should have something generic in place for the installer
though. What build were you using? Can you lodge a bug at
http://bugs.farcrycms.org/?
