Sounds like your "permissions" have gone to hell in a hand basket.  They 
are not keyed by UUIDs so something may have gone wrong in the data 
transfer.

I would look to remigrate all tables that do not use UUIDs as primary 
keys.  First disable anything in the database that makes the primary key 
columns primary keys, ie. indices, auto-increment settings, etc. 
Transfer the data EXACTLY.. then reintroduce any indexing etc that you need.
