The first would work, but it would tricky to set up. Some things to think about:
- Navigation aliases can be used for common content. This is a limited solution though and doesn't work for
all situations
- Categories would have to be set up for dynamic content so that you could filter out exclusive content
- Certain app specific variables (eg app name, tag line, logo, etc) would either have to be the same for both
or hard coded into the templates
