The IIS admin is an "mmc" (microsoft management console) plugin... So it's
the same thing.

I changed teh rewrite rule as suggested, but no change.

I feel there is a lot of info that is assumed here.... I have never added an
isapi filter before.  One posting said to add it via MMC?  I just added it
via IIS admin, website properties.  Was that wrong?  It says it is
registered or somesuch. But ...should the name have the .dll attached or
not?  I really wish there was some documentation here!

And where is #application.url.conjurer# set?   It is coming up as
/index.cfm which should be ok, I guess, since I have mapping on. but it
isn't!
