Aye.. its been a pet hate of mine since we released 2.3.  But locale has
more impact than just languages.  I'd like to see those translation
bundles highlighted at the top of the list.

There will be huge rework of i18n required for the 4.0 release.  Lots of
new labels (plus lots of hard coded labels we'll no doubt discover).
We're wondering whether we build a whole new resource bundle for the
release. Time time time.. its all about time.  But by Zeus and his
divine goat I'm loving this FarCry 4.0 stuff.
