That's not a problem. In that I'd suggest simply running a query against your db that selects the title, objectid and type of each table and joins them with union. Once that is done, you can order them by title easily. A good place to start would be to copy newsRule and customize it so that it looks at dmFile and dmLink instead of just dmNews. (so easy to say :D) You may be better off starting with making very basic changes and work up from there.
