That was a typo in the installer and has already been fixed in SVN. Technically there are just two values in the DB you need to update. But the simplest way to fix your problem is to login to FarCry, edit the two default HTML objects that are giving you a problem and change their display methods. Both pages by default use" a.1 column" (which loads file "displayPageTypeA"), however you can set them to whatever you want.
