Clarification: You are paid for the mockup regardless of whether it is
chosen. It's just that if it IS chosen there is extra work for you.

Subject: [farcry-dev] OT: Looking for Farcry designers

Sorry for the slightly off-topic post. We have noticed that not every
designer creates designs that play nice with Farcry. So I thought we might
add a new talent to our talent pool.

We have a new project coming up... We are looking to add a designer to our
pool of contract designers. The way we use our designers is as follows.

We ask 2 or more designers to create up to 4 mockups for a new site (1 to 2
per designer). Usually these mockups represent your vision of a proposed
website and they are based on a creative brief that we provide (along with
any source materials). We are looking for Farcry compatible html and CSS
(especially with regard to navigation).

If your design is chosen we go through 1 to 3 revision cycles (based on
client feedback). These revision cycles will consist of a compiled list of
changes. We will guard you from "content oriented" changes - where the
changes can be handled in the HTML templates. At the end of revisions we ask
for 2 or more templates with the accompanying html, css and images.

If that sounds good to you and you would like to be considered, please send
me links to some of your best work and let me know your rate. Thanks.
