wow, almost a year and the line still exists but no one knows what the file
is? I am getting this error as well.

Could not find the included template
/farcry/templates/pagetemplates/greyBuildHeader.cfm

templates dir doesn't exist, let alone greyBuildHeader.cfm

I got it by going to preview an html page i made that had a form, if that
helps. It also wasn't approved yet.
