Ron,
suggestion here: make the farcry install root an application variable to eliminate the issues with shared environments like HostMySite that append a site number to cf_mappings.
A nice suggestion, but like all frameworks used in CF that require mappings it's not possible. It is a limitation to the underlying java layer (I'm not a java expert, so I won't attempt to explain it :). It has been requested repeatedly to allow application-specific CF mappings in future versions of CF. We'll just have to wait and see if Adobe listens and brings that to fruition in CF8 (or future versions of CF). In the meantime the only other solution (that I know of) for shared servers is to use CF Instances. --- Jeff Coughlin Web Application Developer http://www.jeffcoughlin.com --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "farcry-dev" group.
