Hi, I have been a modest user of FarCry in the past, but now I thought I would dive into assisting this project - primarily in helping out getting FarCry running on BlueDragon.
I am fairly seasoned CFML developer, on both CFMX (6.1) and now primarily BD 6.2.1. Anyways - I was just trying to get the latest FarCry 4 out of svn to install on my laptop (win xp, cfmx 6.1) - and I have a few issues and comments... * The wiki (and the web-site) never really lists the installation requirements (what versions of CF, for instance) - room for improvement - or did I miss something... (yes, i can maybe contribute) * The page <http://www.farcrycms.org/go/downloads/farcry-beta-gonzales> is not mentioning the farcry_lib folder in the bottom part - that was easy for me to find out (I missed it first) - a minor thing, but it should probably be added there so that it is complete. * For FarCry 4 - is CFMX 6.1 even supported? I found one issue immediately when trying to get it to install (and submitted a bug), and I can see that there is a message "you are currently running 6.1 etc - and need to upgrade to CFMX 7". I found another issue (expandpath bug in cfmx6.1 on win) - is it worth submitting it... ?
