Right. We've got a bit of an issue with FarCry. We've set up dmUsers, Groups & Members in our external db. Policy Mappings all work. Everything's groovy. Users only have access to things as appropriate. But what we want it to do is hide the menu items for things they don't have access to.
Example (with made up data): We have two policy groups "Boring Things" and "Cool Things". We havev a user - "User A" - who has access to policy group "Boring Things" only, but currently his menu looks like this -Boring Thing 1 (Boring Things) -Boring Thing 2 (Boring Things) -Boring Thing 3 (Boring Things) -Really Cool Thing (Cool Things) If he clicks on "Really Cool Thing" it sends him to a login page. But he's already logged in. And logging in again isn't going to help him. He has to not even know that "Really Cool Thing" exists. Is there a setting anywhere to handle this? Has anybody come across this already? Or will we have to create a customised site menu?
