Are you getting any error messages. The install directory is locked to
127.0.0.1 by default in application.cfm inside the install directory. When
you said they ran the install, did they install farcry or did they run the
installer to set up a new site?

I'm not new to farcry buy I've been away from it for about 2 years.
Glad to see its still around since finally convinced everyone at my
new job that it's the way to go. Our network guys ran the install and
I know that its now working correctly but I'm not sure why. I've read
some fo the posts about the same thing but have not been able to find
a solution. Several of the posts mention watching Jeff Coughlins
installation video but no one provides URL where I can download it.
Could someone please help me figure out why the installation is not
working properly?

Thanks.
