Follow the same instructions as per Windows.  There should be nothing
OS specific.  If there is give us a shout -- I typically install
locally (OSX for me) and then deploy to the server.  I have installs
on CentOS and Fedora running fine.

BlueDragon is not officially supported.  However, we have worked with
BD engineers to add support for FarCry 4.0 on BD7.  This is not fully
tested so your mileage may vary -- we'd welcome your support on the
farcry-beta forum to get this platform fully operational.

If you see code it implies your CF installation is not working
properly.  Can you execute a standard CF template under localhost?
