It seems that NOT having .../webskin/{content type}/
displayStandard.cfm might be the cause of the issue. Not certain
though
I received this error once again and realized I had not 'scaffoleded'
it. After scaffolding (adding customlist and display page only) and
updating app, the error went away.
Not sure if this is a bug or mot. If so, let me know, I'll report it.
