I want to propose a change to the dmImage template in the core.

The change I nominate is that the dimensions of the standard image read as:

ftimagewidth="400" ftimageheight=""

...instead of as it is currently:

ftimagewidth="400" ftimageheight="1000"

The reason being that all my standard images are getting forced to 400 x
1000, which corrupts the image and renders it useless. I'm not sure what has
been happening for you folks, but I am on 4.0.6 and this is how every
standard image is created.

I realize that I can extend the object. However, this seems like a bug in my
estimation as I cannot imagine how anyone finds a 400 x 1000 useful when it
was not created that size for a specific purpose to begin with.

Anyone agree?
