You could always install it on port 80 and change the port on the server
once its installed

It may be that the "Flight Check" is not allowing for non port 80 installs.
This would definitely be considered a bug.  Please report the issue here:
http://bugs.farcrycms.org:8080/browse/FCI

And be sure to include as much detail as you can.
