Yep - that'll happen.. You can't enter forms into content, as there's no where to handle the form action. The handpicked rule has includes as an option on the library. You need to go into "site tree content" in the Content admin tab. Under there you will find a sidebar menu item called "Site Tree Content Includes". You will need to add your include file here to give it a DB entry.
