This is a custom type and rule that I created for your purpose. It allows you to create a snippet of HTML using the editor and drop it into a container. However when I got to add the HTML pages into it and select the teaser display and then click save I get a Directory Listing Denied This Virtual Directory does not allow contents to be listed. Not sure why I'm getting this. Second, there used to be a way to select html items in associated with a specific category to be used in the handpicked rule.
