PLEASE DISREGARD THIS ISSUE! After experiencing this problem for the last few weeks I decided to install Farcry 4.0.3 on a server running IIS. Wouldn't you know, I was able to login via IE7. I'm not exactly sure what the issue was but I was running Farcry 4.0.3 on an Apache server in (WAMP5 Version 1.6.5).
