I am curious to know what happened withthis translation. I was thinking of doing it myself (Dutch translation) but it seems you have already done most of the work.
Unfortunately the Dutch trail ends right here (can't find any tickets, can't find any Dutch resource bundles), and the Farcry page with instruction on how to make a new translation is out of date. Try and find (let alone download) IBM's RBManager for instance. Surely there must be alternative ways to do translations? How about the Eclipse plugin 'ResourceBundle Editor' for instance ?
