It's certainly possible.  We've done similar things for branches of
content to PDF.

You would need to write a special engine for exporting the content in
the format you require.  But if you can ignore links in the body of
your content and simply build all navigation programmatically you
should be fine.  That said, it's not something for the FarCry initiate
if you know what I mean ;)
