You are misunderstanding my post. I know you can add categories under content utilities > manage keywords. That is not what I am trying to do.
What i am saying is USING these categories. For example, 1. make a new news item 2. on the 'General Details' page, in the section Categorisation, you select the News Category. The interface is not displaying the categories that were previously setup under manage keywords. It only displays root.
