Ugh.
I think I had this problem going from 4.06 to 4.09 but I can not
remember how i fixed it.
I just updated from 4.09 to 4.10... I am using AD.
I can login, create, edit, approve dmImages and dmFile objects, but
when I create a draft dmHtml, edit it and "Approve Yourself" .. or
"Request Approval" I get:
