Quick Update:  Made the 3 folders manually under the "images" folder:
-SourceImage
-StandardImage
-ThumbnailImage

And all went fine, there seems to be a bug where each folder seems to
get a copy of the source image too, but it's working, so I can live
with that for now. :)
